What will success look like?
And how can we work together to achieve it?
Project design, delivery and evaluation
We have experience of many successful initiatives to draw upon, and can contribute to any or all phases of project and programme management, from the initial scoping and feasibility stage, through planning, delivery and management, to impact assessment and project/programme evaluation. Collaborative partnerships are our speciality!
- Even Better. A development programme for the Voluntary and Community Sector in Northumberland, helping VCS organisations to be even better at what they do, in order to have an even greater impact on people’s lives. Even Better helped participants to surface their organisational strengths and improvement opportunities, to articulate their Theory of Change, and to develop their leadership, planning, marketing, quality improvement and change management capabilities. Time for Change worked in partnership with Helmepark, People Purpose Planning and Marketwise Strategies, as part of the connect4change programme.
- IAPT Leadership Programme. Improving Access to Psychological Therapies is a nationwide initiative of the English National Health Service. Time For Change is contributing to the management and delivery of the IAPT Leadership Programme in Cheshire and Merseyside. This work is a collaboration with three of the leading Organisation Development specialists in the healthcare sector – Dr. Maxine Conner, Jackie Lynton and Dr. Dave Ashton - and with Cheshire and Merseyside Strategic Clinical Networks. Our contribution focuses on creating contagious commitment to change, on continuing and sustaining service improvements, and on coaching of a team of Network Facilitators that is being developed through the programme.
