Time and Support for Change

Whatever kind of help you need with your efforts to manage change in your organisation (or network, or project, or...), and improve its performance, talk to us. We’ll do our best to advise you and as appropriate to provide support that will help you to achieve your aims. Some examples are described here.
  • Time Out. Arranging some time out for a team/group? We can help with making the arrangements, facilitating the event, injecting some novel approaches to make the occasion ‘different’, energising and productive.
  • Facilitation of meetings. A skilled facilitator is an impartial, independent catalyst with no stake in any of the ‘baggage’ (history, politics, emotion) that can get in the way of effective planning and decision-making processes. Facilitation can help to make discussions more productive, aligning groups around conclusions and commitments.
  • Engaging people and their ideas. The people who know a process best are those who work with it day-in, day-out. How best to engage your people, surface their tacit knowledge, mobilise their creativity and energy? We have some very positive experiences to draw upon.
